Kurrudii needed a new ref sheet, but this is also for #Hetherev


Name: Kurrudii (Kur)
Height: 72 inches (6ft) at the top of her shoulder.
Age: 10 years.
Gender: Female
Town: Sen'nahen Desert

Personality: Kur is Quiet, and laid back but she can be overbearing, and horribly nosy. Kur generally has a kind nature, and never wants to be mean, unless it has been earned. She will mother and protect territory(including others) like a dog when she needs too.
Kur is more of a prey animal, and will tend to chase things when they run, It's a habit. She likes to be around a few people/animals at a time, she gets uneasy when there are too many people around. It's like she cannot find an escape, like she's trapped. She can talk like a normal human, but very softly, mostly she uses gestures and feline/horse sounds. Nickers, hisses, and purring are her go to talk.

Anatomy
Her Neck and shoulders are large to bring down prey, and her back end is elongated for high speeds. She either can stand with her back feet under her body, or stretched out from her. Never fully "square" like normal horses.

She has extra vertebrae in her tail so she can use it to balance at high speeds. It is as flexible as a cat's tail, but she rarely carries it above the line of her back.

Kur has double suspension gait, like a cheetahs, which means that all four feet leave the ground twice in one stride. Her rib cage is larger than normal to support huge lungs and an enlarged heart. So when she runs, she can only inhale when body is fully extended, and exhale when her body is fully contracted. Her gait combined with an enlarged heart as well as horse like endurance, she can go really fast, for long periods of time. Oh snap.

Her shoulders do not attach to her spine by bone, but by muscle/ligaments only, much like a cats spinal structure. This allows her to get into and out of ridiculous places.

Claws are non retractable, and always out, like cleats on shoes. She has two inch long dewclaws with a very large claw, this is for better grip when holding down her food, and for instant fatalities. >8D
